What is the ruling on continuously pressing the head onto the prayer mat during prostration due to obsessive doubts about the head not reaching the ground?

Waswasah (whispering from Satan) is a reprehensible ailment that a Muslim must resist and overcome, because indulging in it leads to great evil. Among these is exaggerating the pressure of the head on the ground during prostration (sujud), as this is one of those whispers.

Sujud is touching the ground with the forehead. It is sufficient to place the forehead or enable it by leaning on it without pressing the forehead hard against the ground, so that it is not considered as carrying it.
