Prostration must be performed on the seven limbs. Lifting the head during prostration due to an excuse does not invalidate the prayer. However, if the lifting is without an excuse, it is disliked (makrooh) and may invalidate the prayer if it is frequent and continuous. Turning the face unintentionally during prostration does not invalidate the prayer. The worshipper should be deliberate in their prayer and move between the pillars with tranquility and calmness.
