What is Islam's advice to a married woman who lives with her husband without attraction, and is thinking of separating from him due to her unhappiness, while feeling attracted to another man, and fearing disloyalty to her husband if the marriage continues?

Allah does not predestine success for every marriage. Spouses endure discord by addressing its causes. Quranic and Prophetic directives have been revealed concerning good companionship and patience with one's wife, for not all homes are built on love, but rather on care and responsibility.

If all means of rectifying marital life have been exhausted, the lawful remedy is separation through divorce, as Allah Almighty says: "Retention with benevolence or dismissal with kindness." It is hoped that Allah will enrich each from His abundance.

Any relationship with an alien man must be severed, as this relationship might have been a cause of the discord. It is also advised that righteous and religious people intervene to resolve the problem.
