The answer

If the company's work is exclusively confined to usurious lending, then it is impermissible to work for it, due to the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Allah has cursed riba: its devourer, its payer, its scribe, and its two witnesses," and he said: "They are all equal." However, if loans are part of its operations, and your work there is not connected to usurious loans, then there is no harm, while observing the Sharia guidelines for women's work. It is preferable to avoid working in such institutions as a precaution for one's religion and to shun doubtful matters.
