And whoever utters a word of disbelief — such as insult or mockery — and intended to utter it, knowing its meaning and what it contains of disbelief, then he disbelieves the moment he utters it, even if he did not intend disbelief. However, if it slipped from his tongue unintentionally, he does not disbelieve.
