Should the morning and evening adhkar be recited aloud, with the melodic recitation of the Qur'an, and facing the Qiblah?

The question encompasses three issues:

1. Audible Dhikr (remembrance of Allah): Performing dhikr audibly is permissible, but it is preferable to do so silently, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear without loudness in words in the mornings and in the afternoons and be not of those who are heedless." Secrecy is more conducive to reverence and further removed from showing off. 2. Facing the Qiblah during Dhikr: This is recommended. The one performing dhikr should strive for the most complete state, facing the Qiblah with humility and reverence. However, it is permissible to perform dhikr in other states without disapproval, though this means abandoning the more virtuous option, for Allah Almighty says: "Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides." 3. Reciting Adhkar (plural of dhikr) with the same rules as Quranic recitation (tartil): This is not applicable. Adhkar are recited with reverence and tranquility, without observing the rules of Quranic tartil.
