What is the ruling on vocalizing adhkar loudly and with chanting, and what is the authenticity of the virtue of the dhikr: "O Allah, as I have entered this evening, I call You to witness, and I call to witness the bearers of Your Throne..." concerning liberation from the Fire if said four times in the morning and evening?

It is permissible to recite the morning and evening adhkar (remembrances) in a beautiful, raised voice, provided that it does not lead to showing off (riya’) or disturbing others, and that it increases one's devotion (khushu').

As for the mentioned dhikr ("O Allah, we have entered the morning testifying to You..."), its virtue has been reported through two chains of transmission: The first was narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhi, and others from Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him. In its chain is "Baqiyyah ibn Al-Walid," who is truthful, and "Muslim ibn Ziyad," whom Ibn Hibban mentioned among the trustworthy narrators. The second chain was also narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and others from Anas, and in its chain is "Abdul-Rahman ibn Abdul-Majid," who might be truthful but changed later, or unknown. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar graded the hadith as hasan (good) due to its corroborating reports, while some scholars, like Al-Albani, deemed it weak.
