Is it permissible for a person who prays, performs ablution (wudu), takes ritual baths (ghusl), and cleanses himself from pre-seminal fluid (madhi) according to the Shafi'i school of thought, and imitates Ibn 'Uthaymin in the issue of the impurity of alcohol for the purpose of seeking a concession (rukhsa), for his act to be valid with sin, or valid without sin if he imitates one who permits seeking concessions?
It is permissible for the person afflicted with misgivings (waswasah) to adopt the easiest and most lenient of opinions concerning himself.
