The answer

The mentioned about the signs of the Hour, narrated from Ibn Abbas, which describes the signs of the Day of Judgment such as the demise of prayers, the pursuit of desires, and the widespread acceptance of evil, is a fabricated and false hadith attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It was narrated by Abu al-Faraj al-Mu'afa ibn Zakariya, and it contains a discredited narrator who transmits fabricated narrations, namely Sulaym al-Khashab.

It also has another fabricated chain of narration, transmitted by al-Sabuni, which includes a discredited and a liar narrator: Musa ibn Jaban and Maysarah ibn Abdullah, who admitted to fabricating the hadith.

The authentic hadiths concerning the signs of the Hour are sufficient, rendering such fabricated and weak narrations unnecessary.
