Is it permissible for me to take the rent allowance from my employer after registering the house in my mother's name, with it being deducted from my salary?

If the employer does not pay rent to an employee who owns a house, it is not permissible to resort to deception to obtain the rent amount. One must adhere to the conditions and contracts, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
