What is the ruling, according to the Hanafī school of thought, on a woman bathing her deceased husband and looking at his nakedness, if she has already completed her 'iddah before his ghusl or burial?

A woman is not permitted to wash her husband's body if she has become irrevocably divorced from him before commencing the washing. The decisive factor is her eligibility to wash the body at the time of washing, not at the time of death. Thus, if he died while she was pregnant and she then gave birth, she should not wash him because her waiting period (iddah (definition)) has ended with the delivery.
