Is it permissible for a pregnant woman whose husband died and who gave birth after his death to visit him and wash him?

If a husband passes away while his wife is pregnant, her 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) ends upon delivery, by consensus. Scholars differ on whether she is permitted to wash her husband's body after her 'iddah ends with childbirth. The Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali schools of thought permit this, though they differ on the duration. However, some, like Ibn 'Uthaymeen, are of the view that she is not permitted to wash him because her 'iddah has ended with childbirth, rendering her a stranger to him.
