Is obedience due to a father who slandered his daughter and showed no remorse, and does he have guardianship or authority over her?

Slandering a Muslim is one of the major sins and one of the seven destructive sins. It is not permissible for a Muslim to accuse an innocent person of such an atrocity, especially if they are a father or mother, as this undermines the responsibility of upbringing. If a father accuses his daughter of an atrocity without proof, he has committed a grave sin, and the ruler may discipline him, but he is not subject to the prescribed punishment (hadd) as scholars have stipulated, nor does his guardianship or the obligation to obey him fall away because of this. Therefore, the daughter must honor her father, accompany him well, and think good of him, as his words might have been uttered in a moment of anger.
