Is it permissible for a wife to give the zakat on her money to her husband, who is employed, but whose salary is insufficient for the end of the month, even though he is saving an amount for his daughter that has not reached the nisab?

If a husband's income is insufficient to cover basic needs, he is permitted to receive zakat (definition) as a poor person (faqir) or a needy person (miskin), who is someone who does not possess money or earnings sufficient for their essential needs. However, if the money he is saving for his daughter's marriage is enough to cover his basic needs for the remainder of the month, then it is not permissible to give him from zakat because the condition of poverty or destitution is not met in his case.
