Prayer and Fasting at Work

• What is the ruling if it is impossible to perform ablution at the workplace due to the presence of men, which forces a woman to delay the Dhuhr prayer and combine it with the Asr prayer at home? Does this delay cause her to fall into sin?
• Is it permissible for a Muslim residing in Canada, who works long hours and travels between clients, to perform prayers in the car, either in congregation or individually? And is it permissible for him to perform tayammum instead of wudu due to the lack of a suitable place or water?
