The answer

Commissions received by an employee from a company within the scope of their work are considered prohibited gifts to workers, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Why don't you stay in the house of your father and mother until your gift comes to you, if you are truthful?" And his saying: "Gifts to workers are ghulul (ill-gotten gains)." Therefore, it is not permissible to take them without the permission of the employer.
