Is the correct recitation of the Qur’an only Tajweed, and anything else an innovation?

Reciting the Quran is done through tartil, tadwir, and hadr, and these three categories are part of tajwid. Tartil, also called tahqiq, is for perfecting recitation and reflection. Hadr is for increasing good deeds and attaining the virtue of recitation, while being careful not to cut off letters or lose the ghunnah. Tadwir is a moderate pace between tartil and hadr. All of these categories are permissible, and scholars have not described any of them as an innovation, because recitation is a continuous, mutawatir sunnah (definition).
