Is it permissible to marry a girl who does not pray but wishes to commit, and is characterized by stubbornness in some matters, such as wearing trousers and putting on makeup, and is characterized by frankness?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) guided that the correct criterion for choosing a wife is religion and character, and that this should be measured by the girl's condition at the time of the engagement. If the girl does not pray, is negligent in her hijab (definition), listens to forbidden music, and is stubborn, then she is not religious and of good character. Therefore, do not marry her unless she repents sincerely and maintains her prayers and hijab, and signs of righteousness appear on her, because choosing a religious wife is among the reasons for happiness in this world and the Hereafter.
