Why is the one who seeks Ruqyah from another not included among the seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning, and is seeking Ruqyah from another permissible?

Seventy thousand will enter Paradise without reckoning due to the perfection of their monotheism and reliance on Allah. These are the ones who do not seek ruqyah (definition) (exorcism/healing through prayer) from others, nor do they brand themselves with hot iron (cauterization), nor do they believe in omens. Seeking ruqyah from others is not forbidden, but it is contrary to what is most preferable and perfect. It is permissible when there is a need. A Muslim can perform ruqyah on themselves using the Qur’an and prophetic supplications.
