Is it permissible for a wife to sit and converse with her husband's brother and the husbands of her husband's sisters?

A woman is not permitted to speak with a non-mahram (definition) man except out of a recognized necessity, and she must adhere to the Islamic guidelines, such as wearing the legal hijab (definition), not speaking softly and alluringly, lowering her gaze, and avoiding private seclusion. The husband's relatives who are not mahrams, such as his brother, are like any other non-mahrams; in fact, their danger is greater. For this reason, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against them, saying: "Beware of entering upon women." A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what about the in-law?" He replied: "The in-law is death." Therefore, it is not permissible for a woman to sit with them unless she adheres to the hijab, ensures there is no temptation, lowers her gaze, and avoids private seclusion.
