Is the Hajj valid for a man who entered into Ihram with the intention of Tamattu‘, performed Tawaf of Umrah without completing the seven circuits, then performed Sa'y and Taqseer and exited Ihram and engaged in marital relations, then performed the full rituals of Hajj?

Tawaf (definition) consists of seven circuits, beginning and ending at the Black Stone. It is a pillar (rukn) of Umrah (definition). Whoever does not complete the tawaf in their Umrah, their Umrah is not complete, and they remain in the state of ihram (definition). If they then assume ihram for Hajj, they become a Qarin (performing Qiran (definition) Hajj) and not a Mutamatti' (performing Tamattu' Hajj). Whoever commits a prohibited act while thinking they have exited the state of ihram incurs no penalty.
