Is an ‘Umrah considered one ‘Umrah or two, given that she did not enter into a state of ihram from the miqat for the second time, and her intention was to complete the rituals, not to perform a new ‘Umrah? And is it permissible to adopt the view that ritual purity is obligatory for the second tawaf after minor ritual impurity?

If there is doubt about the invalidation of ablution during the performance of 'Umrah (definition), then the circumambulation (Tawaf (definition)) is valid, and the default assumption is the validity of ablution. However, if there is certainty about its invalidation, scholars have differed on whether purity is a condition for the validity of Tawaf or merely an obligation. According to the view that it is a condition for validity, the Tawaf is invalid, and it is necessary to complete the 'Umrah, or to exit the state of ihram (definition) as one who is prevented, by intention, sacrificing a hady (sacrificial animal) and shaving the head. The hady should be sacrificed wherever it is found, and if one is unable to do so, then one must fast for ten days. There is no harm in adopting the view that purity is not a condition for the validity of Tawaf.
