Is the Hadith, "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, and then prays two rak'ahs, a complete, complete, complete Hajj and 'Umrah will be written for him," authentic, given the disagreement between those who have graded it as good, such as Al-Albani, and those who have denied it?

The aforementioned hadith (definition) was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi from Anas and he graded it as hasan (definition) (good). It has corroborating narrations, including one from Abu Umamah by Al-Tabarani, and another from Utbah ibn Abd by Al-Tabarani as well. Al-Albani authenticated it in "Silsilah al-Sahihah." As for the claim of its weakness, perhaps the one making the claim intends its weakening based on Al-Tirmidhi's chain of narration, as it contains Abu Dhilal, concerning whom scholars have spoken. However, the hadith has corroborating narrations.
