What is the share of the deceased woman's mother and husband from her inheritance, knowing that she has children?

If the deceased woman's heirs are her mother, husband, and children, then the inheritance is divided as follows: The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of children, and the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of children. What remains after the shares of the mother and husband is distributed among the sons and daughters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving twice the share of the female. If there are only daughters, they receive two-thirds, and in this case, the estate is increased from twelve to thirteen shares (awl).
