What is the ruling on two brothers sharing a bank loan, such that one of them pays the installment to the bank and then recovers half of it from his brother?

Usurious loans are forbidden. As for a benevolent loan (Qard Hasan) or a legitimate Murabaha sale, they are permissible. Partnership is also permissible in whatever is permissible to sell.
