The answer

First: Jamrat al-Aqaba: It is stoned on the day of Eid after sunrise. The weak are permitted to stone it on the eve of Eid. The time for stoning it extends until sunset on the day of Eid. There is no harm in delaying it until the end of the night due to crowd or distance, but it should not be delayed until the dawn of the eleventh day.

Second: Stoning during the Days of Tashreeq (11th, 12th, 13th): Stoning begins from the sun's decline (the start of the Dhuhr prayer time) and ends at the end of the night. Stoning at night is permissible out of necessity, but it should not be delayed until after dawn. Stoning before the sun's decline on these days is not permissible, following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
