What is the ruling of Islamic law on performing a surgical operation to beautify the nose and eliminate the problem of its large size, which negatively affects one's psychological state?

Cosmetic surgeries are divided into two types: The first is to remove a defect resulting from an accident or a congenital condition, and this type is permissible. The second is to enhance beauty, not to remove a defect, and this type is forbidden because it is considered altering Allah's creation, unless the nose is excessively large in a way that disfigures the appearance, and the disfigurement can be removed without harm.
