What are the biographies of Imam Ahmad, Imam Al-Shafi'i, Imam Abu Hanifa, and Imam Malik?

As for Imam Malik ibn Anas, the Imam of Dar al-Hijra, he was precise in Hadith, and he was praised by al-Bukhari, al-Shafi'i, and al-Dhahabi for his virtues and knowledge. He passed away in 179 AH.

Imam al-Shafi'i was born in 150 AH in Gaza. He traveled in pursuit of knowledge and settled in Egypt, passing away in 204 AH. He excelled in jurisprudence to the extent that he became the Imam of the Shafi'i madhhab.

As for Imam Abu Hanifa al-Nu'man, he was born in 80 AH. He was a jurist and an ascetic, praised by al-Shafi'i and Yazid ibn Harun. He passed away in 150 AH.

Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal was born in 164 AH in Baghdad. He was renowned for his memorization and mastery, and distinguished by his strength in upholding the truth and following the Sunnah. The Hanbali madhhab is attributed to him, and among his most famous works is "Al-Musnad." He passed away in 241 AH.
