Is it obligatory to inform one's wife about cosmetic procedures such as orthodontics and hair transplantation, or is concealing it considered deception?

When there is an intention to marry, one must disclose defects that prevent sexual intercourse, or from which people naturally shy away, or which are contagious and harmful to others, such as: a severed penis, leprosy, elephantiasis, and insanity. Concealing these is considered deception, which establishes the option of فسخ (annulment). As for anything other than these, it is not considered a defect requiring disclosure, such as cosmetic dental surgeries or hair transplants; concealing them is not deception.
