Does a mother's supplication at night for her children not to be answered prevent Allah from responding to her supplication against them during the day? And does Allah respond to a mother's supplication against her children if the supplication is far more severe than their sin?

The mother is advised to avoid anger, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) recommendation, "Do not get angry." Children should distance themselves from anything that provokes her anger, and it is not permissible to intentionally anger her. The mother is warned against supplicating against her children, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade that, fearing that it might coincide with a moment of acceptance (of prayers), and the supplication of parents might be answered even if it is not rightful. A mother's supplication that Allah not answer her prayers against her children might prevent their acceptance, but it is better to avoid supplicating against them in the first place.
