If a mother is angry with her daughter and does not want to consider her her daughter, does that mean Allah is angry with her and will not accept her prayers, supplications, or night vigil? And will a mother's supplication for torment upon her daughter be answered?

Allah Almighty commanded benevolence towards parents, and the Prophet, peace be upon him, urged their appeasement and forbade disobedience to the mother. Allah's wrath is feared upon whoever's mother is displeased with him, because a parent's supplication against their child is answered. One must know the reason for the mother's anger, cease whatever displeases her, and strive to appease her through supplication, repentance, and worship. The mother's displeasure does not prevent the acceptance of prayer and supplication, for as in the story of Jurayj, the mother's supplication is answered, and so is the son's.
