Is the buyer's ignorance of the content of the random game codes he obtains from a paid offer considered a form of Gharar (uncertainty/deception), knowing that the codes are designated for games only and there is no loss in the purchase?

It is not permissible to sell numbers for which the buyer receives a toy of unknown value or type for each number, because it falls under the category of gharar (uncertainty) and maysir (gambling) sales, which are forbidden by Islamic law and invalidate the contract. This is because among the conditions for the validity of a sale is knowledge of the item being sold and its price, and the absence of any uncertainty regarding them.
