What is the interpretation of the verse: "Whatever you have will perish, and whatever is with Allah will remain"?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

Allah desired His immense reward, and showed its goodness by saying: "And do not exchange the covenant of Allah for a small price. Indeed, what is with Allah is best for you, if you only knew." And what is with people perishes, but what is with Allah remains and does not fade. "But you prefer the worldly life, while the Hereafter is better and more lasting."
