Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to pray while wearing rings and bracelets, and is it permissible for her to pray while wearing perfume if she is alone in her house?

A woman may pray while wearing her jewelry and perfume in her home, and there is nothing in that which invalidates her prayer. What is prohibited is her perfuming herself when going out to the mosque, due to the potential for temptation and evil that may result from it.
