Is increasing worship and striving in sincere supplication when facing problems, out of desire for a response and love for Allah, considered hypocrisy?

Seeking refuge in Allah and supplicating to Him during hardship is not hypocrisy; rather, it is a praiseworthy act encouraged by the Sharia. This is because adversities are trials from Allah intended to make His servants turn to Him in repentance and supplication. Allah has condemned those who do not turn to Him or supplicate when affliction befalls them. However, what is blameworthy is for one to supplicate during hardship and then deny Allah's blessings after the harm is removed, turning away from his Lord. Allah has condemned two types of people: those who do not supplicate to Him in adversity and do not repent to Him, and those who supplicate and implore, then turn away and associate partners with Him once the harm is removed. The praiseworthy one is he who supplicates to Him, repents to Him, and remains steadfast in His worship in both ease and hardship, for he is truly one of patience and gratitude. A believer must seek refuge in his Lord and supplicate to Him in all his affairs, for Allah alone suffices him, removes evil from him, and bestows good upon him.
