What is the hadith that prohibits baring the forearm (rolling up sleeves)?

Scholars have agreed on the prohibition of praying with one's garment tucked up, or one's sleeve rolled up, or similar, or with one's hair braided or tucked under a turban, and so forth, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones: the forehead – and he pointed with his hand to his nose – the hands, the knees, and the ends of the feet, and not to tuck up clothes or hair." This is a detested act (makruh tanzeeh). So, if one prays in such a state, he has done wrong, but his prayer is valid.
