Is it permissible to sell the first mosque after finding another mosque that is better and has a better location?

It is permissible to relocate the mosque provided that the Muslim neighbors agree, and the opinion of those close to the mosque is taken into consideration. If the new mosque will benefit a greater number of Muslims, the old mosque should be left and a new one built. If building a new one is not possible, the old one should be left so as not to harm its neighbors.
