The deceased's will to purchase furniture from one-third of her estate shall be executed. If its value exceeds one-third, the excess shall not be executed unless approved by the adult, mature heirs. Then, the inheritance is divided between the husband and the siblings. The husband takes one-half due to the absence of a lineal descendant, and the remainder goes to the full siblings by ta’sib (residuary heirship).
