What is the share of each of the wife, son, father, mother, and full siblings (brothers and sisters) from the deceased's estate?

If the deceased has only their parents, wife, and son, then after settling their debts and executing their bequests, the inheritance is divided as follows: each parent receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a son, and the remainder goes to the son by ta’sib (residuary heirship). Full siblings (brothers and sisters) are excluded by the son and the father. The estate is divided into 24 shares: the father receives 4 shares, the mother receives 4 shares, the wife receives 3 shares, and the son receives 13 shares. It is emphasized that the matter should be referred to Sharia (definition) courts or religious scholars for consultation to verify the heirs, debts, and bequests.
