Is it permissible for a man to pluck or define his eyebrows?

It is impermissible for both men and women to pluck their eyebrows, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the namisat (women who pluck eyebrows for others) and the mutanammisat (women who have their eyebrows plucked). The prohibition is more severe for men. Namas (plucking) is only permissible out of necessity, such as disfigurement, and then only to the extent of the need.
