The answer

Whoever witnesses an evil must change it according to their ability. If it is possible to change it without harm, then it is obligatory; otherwise, changing it with the heart is the weakest form of faith. If working in the company necessitates unlawful mixing or seclusion (khalwa), then it is not permissible to remain there, in preservation of one's religion. It is more appropriate for a woman to work in her home unless she is in need of money.
