If the donors specify the recipients of their donations, then it is obligatory to adhere to their specifications. However, if they do not specify, then the donor is not permitted to designate his colleague from that money to pay the blood money, unless she is obliged to pay the blood money and is harmed by imprisonment or the like, and is unable to pay it. In such a case, it is permissible to assist her.
