Do Christians enter Paradise by following Jesus, peace be upon him, from the Gospel, and is the doctrine of Tawhid (monotheism) present in the Gospel despite its distortion?

One of the pillars of faith is belief in Messengers and divine messages. Disbelieving in one Messenger means disbelieving in all of them and in Allah Almighty. Christians are disbelievers because they do not believe in the Qur'an and Prophet Muhammad. Christians claim monotheism, but their monotheism is merely verbal, not substantive. Their statement, "One God in three hypostases," leads to the existence of three gods in reality, which is rationally inconsistent with monotheism. The preacher Zakir Naik's statement that a Christian who follows the teachings of Christ will enter Paradise means believing in whom Christ foretold, which is Prophet Muhammad, because true adherence to Christ necessitates belief in Muhammad, peace be upon him. Christians follow the distorted Church, not Christ. Such matters must first be based on the verses of the Holy Qur'an, then on the words of scholars. One must be cautious about debating people of falsehood without firm knowledge.
