Does the wife sin if she does not invite her husband, who sleeps in the living room, to sleep with her in bed, or is it her right not to bring up the matter with him?

It is part of conjugal kindness for a man to sleep with his wife in one bed, and this is commendable in Islamic law. However, if they forgo this without abandonment, there is no blame on them. There is no sin on the wife if she does not request this from her husband, while reminding him of its commendability. What is forbidden is the wife's refusal of her husband's bed.
