What is the path to Allah Almighty, and is it through increasing acts of worship and learning, or are there other matters for that?

The path to Allah is trodden by those who adhere to the entire religion, both its major and minor aspects. This includes all rulings and narrations that have come in the Shariah. The Straight Path is obedience to Allah and His Messenger, the complete religion of Islam, following the Quran, and adhering to the Sunnah (definition) and the community. It is the path of servitude, fear, and hope. It is what Allah sent His Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, with: doing what he commanded, refraining from what he prohibited, and believing him in what he conveyed. This is the way of Allah's righteous servants, Allah's successful party, and Allah's victorious army. Everything that contradicts this is from the ways of those who are astray and misguided. Allah has commanded us to say in our prayers: "Guide us to the Straight Path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray."
