Is it permissible to give Zakat on the original amount (200,0) and half of the accrued wealth during the year (60,0), knowing that it is difficult to give Zakat on the monthly accrued wealth?

Zakat is due on the entire amount of money that has completed a full year (hawl). As for money acquired during the year (like a monthly salary), the default is to assign a separate hawl to each installment. Alternatively, you can pay zakat on all of it together with the original money when its hawl is completed. Or, you can pay zakat on half of it, and when the hawl is completed for the remaining portion, you pay zakat on each amount as its hawl becomes due.
