The question

Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer if the last Tashahhud was recited as "Al-Tashahhud Lillahi, wa al-salawat al-tayyibat, al-salamu alayka" then it was inadvertently and forgetfully repeated as "Al-Tashahhud Lillahi wa al-tahiyyat al-tayyibat" due to obsessive doubts, knowing that the sufficient form of the Tashahhud is "Al-Tashahhud Lillahi, al-salamu alayka ayyuha al-nabiy?"

The answer

As long as you have uttered the sufficient form of the Tashahhud, your prayer is valid and you are not required to repeat it. You are not harmed by repeating the mentioned phrase in an incorrect manner. You must continue to resist intrusive thoughts (waswasa) and disregard them, paying no attention to any of them, for giving in to such thoughts leads to great evil.
