Is it permissible to read the Holy Qur’an silently at home for someone whose voice is not beautiful?

Reciting the Qur’an has rules that must be observed. There is no harm in reciting silently if the rules of recitation are observed, based on the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "The one who recites the Qur’an aloud is like the one who gives charity publicly, and the one who recites the Qur’an silently is like the one who gives charity secretly." If the reason for silent recitation is a poor voice, then reciting aloud is more conducive to practice and correcting mistakes. However, the matter is flexible.
