What is the miqat for a woman coming from Egypt to visit her son residing in Riyadh, while intending to perform Umrah from Egypt: Is it the miqat for the people of Egypt, or the miqat for the people of Riyadh (Al-Sail Al-Kabeer)?

One who leaves their country for 'Umrah and passes by two Miqats should assume ihram from the first one, according to the preferred and more cautious opinion. It is permissible, however, to delay assuming ihram until the second Miqat.

The aforementioned woman must assume ihram from the Miqat of the people of Egypt and remain in her state of ihram with her son in Riyadh until she goes to Makkah and performs her 'Umrah to become free from ihram.
