The answer

In summary, the ruling on using alcohol is as follows: If alcohol has not undergone a complete transformation before mixing, it is considered impure (najis) and its use is prohibited. However, if the alcohol has undergone a complete transformation into a non-intoxicating substance before mixing, then it becomes pure (tahir) and its use is permissible. Therefore, if the alcohol in question has been transformed through manufacturing into a non-intoxicating substance, it is pure and permissible to use. But if it remained intoxicating until it was mixed with bread or sprayed on it, then it is forbidden (haram) and impure (najis), and everything sprayed with it or mixed with it becomes impure, thus its use is prohibited.
